These sample pages from the book “Why Mommy is a Democrat” give the term “Mommy state” a new meaning. If only leftists were that honest about their socialist/totalitarian ideology with other adults, perhaps people might be more wary before voting for them.

Included within their socialist/totalitarian ideology is the complete absence of personal responsibility and accountability – something they desperately desire.
As an individual you cannot, and shall not, live your life as you please. You require the “loving” government to regulate your life like a good little Smurf.
The Left rants and raves about the Bush administration intruding into their personal lives while at the same time quietly pray that Their government does the same thing ten times over – as long as they’re at the Top.
Liberalism is a greater threat to our freedom than the Islamofascists.

Good lord, you right wing pigeons can do nothing but slam those silly confused dems. What an easy target! Take a look in the mirror though before you fill your big gulp with 32 ounces of self righteousness, because you are the same. The Bush administration has created more big gov’t and infringed on individual privacy more than ANY OTHER president. What ever happened to real conservative gov’t policy, because this version or PERversion (i.e. the Bush gang) that was shoved down our throats by the Jesusfacists and fearful fools of this “great” nation, is just one more American lie. Let’s talk about draft dodgers. Well, Bush Jr. signed up with the reserve, but was put under the protection of Daddy, so he didn’t have to dodge, but essentially, he did the same as so many of the priveleged, including the reviled Billy Bob Clinton. He dodged to get his less than average grades in the Ivy League. Here’s one more comparison. Billy Bob cheated on his wife with another woman. The Bush gang, in an effort to squash the truth and decimate freedom of speech, BETRAYED a FEDERAL AGENT. What is more damaging to us as a nation, infidelity…or the suppression of free speech, the sacrifice of gov’t agents in the name of oppression? Where is the push for impeachment?

And one more comment to the hypocritical and blind Shamalama. You talk about lack of responsibility. All sides in this nation are cuplable of this. If someone does’t approve of what’s on TV or radio, then they call the station to shut it down or get the Feds to create a law. Here’s my question to these jesusfacists: Why not turn the fkn thing off? You don’t have to listen. Just like I don’t have to listen to the FatCat Blowhard Hypocrite Radio Person rush limbutt. If you want to discuss personal responsiblity then let’s be fair. This nation has a problem. We are paying more for gas and our planet paying for it in the long run, yet, there are more big trucks, RV’s, and Hemmi’s on the road today than ever before. Stop oppressing gay people bc you don’t approve of their choices. Stop falling into the same trap that fundamentalists around the world are falling into: self righteousness. It will destroy our planet. Stop polarizing, bc Rep vs. Dem is not the issue. We are being played for fools by all sides as they rape our consumer crazed society. Open your eyes. We need big change, and the Neocons do not have it. Read Orwell. Read Franklin, Jefferson, et al.
