Howdy!

Hi, I'm David, currently a senior economics and political science major at Texas A&M University. I am an ideological, technological, and pathologically logical individual with many interests and passions, and with this website, I hope to share some of them with other like-minded individuals.

Interests and Passions

I am a radical for capitalism and an advocate of free markets, individual responsibility, and reason.
I enjoy discussing philosophy, ethics, politics and economics. If you would like to read some of the essays I've written about various issues I care about, you may find them here.

Some Adjectives:

If I had to describe myself with adjectives, I’d say that I am ambitious, intelligent, intellectual, energetic, patient, athletic, committed, logical, quizzical, rational, atypical, practical and skeptical. If other people had to describe me with adjectives, they would probably call me arrogant, stubborn, objective, forthright, ethnocentric, blunt, a little nerdy and maybe just plain weird.

Likes:

I like smart and confident girls, romantic art, classic science fiction, scifi anime, Dave Matthew's Band, Enya, Rush, Vertical Horizon, Joe Satriani, and Tchaikovsky.

Dislikes:

I don't like Hollywood/Disney movies, country music, and choose not to associate with irrational people, those who choose to life their life without a moral compass, or live as hypocrites to that which they publicly proclaim.

Hobbies

My hobbies include computers, Linux, web-design, inline skating, swimming, photography, camping/hiking, and music.
